How Does It Work?

IV (intravenous) infusion delivers fluids directly into your bloodstream through a small cannula. At Equinox, all IV services are provided in a clinical setting by trained, registered health professionals.

Your visit:

Health check: If it’s your first infusion with us, our nurse reviews your health history, current wellbeing, and confirms the infusion is appropriate for you. This is part of your appointment — no separate consultation booking needed. Returning clients with an ongoing plan can book directly.

The infusion: A small cannula is inserted into your arm. The infusion takes approximately 1 hour from arrival to payment while you relax in our comfortable lounge.

Aftercare: You can get back to your day straight away. Some clients notice temporary minor tenderness or bruising at the cannula site — that’s about it.

All infusions are performed under strict hygiene and safety protocols.

IV infusions at Equinox are wellness services, not medical treatments for illness or disease.

How long does an IV drip take?

Most IV appointments take about an hour from arrival to payment. You can combine your IV with another treatment like body contouring or pelvic floor therapy — your infusion runs at the same time, and you save $100 off the combined price.

What’s the difference between vitamin injections and IV drips?

Vitamin injections are quick 15-minute intramuscular shots. IV drips deliver fluids via a cannula over 30–60 minutes. Both are available at Equinox – injections are ideal for a quick wellness visit, while IV drips offer a longer, more comprehensive experience.

Choose Your Infusion

Each infusion is formulated with a specific combination of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Our nurse will help determine which option suits you during your health check.

How often should I get IV vitamin therapy?

Most clients visit every 2–4 weeks, depending on the infusion and their individual wellness goals. Some prefer a monthly session as part of their regular routine, while others book around specific needs — such as immune support during winter or recovery after travel. Your nurse will recommend a schedule during your health check. All IV infusions at Equinox Clinic in Belmont (Perth) are from $289 and take about an hour.

PMS & Hormone Support IV

A tailored blend of vitamins and minerals offered as a wellness service for clients experiencing the general discomforts that can come with their monthly cycle. This infusion is designed to be a calming, supportive experience in a comfortable clinical setting. Your nurse will confirm suitability during your health check. About an hour, no downtime.

IM Glow

Prefer something quicker? The IM Glow is a 15-minute intramuscular injection rather than a full IV drip — no cannula required. It combines Glutathione with Zinc, an essential mineral that may contribute to skin vitality and overall wellbeing. Administered by an AHPRA-registered health professional following consultation. A great option if you’re short on time or new to injectable wellness treatments.

Skinny Drip

The Skinny Drip delivers a blend of amino acids, electrolytes, and selected vitamins directly into the bloodstream. Designed as a wellness complement to an active lifestyle, not a replacement for regular exercise and balanced nutrition. A popular choice for clients who are already on a health and fitness journey and want additional support. About an hour from arrival to payment.

Illuminate

Our most comprehensive infusion, formulated with selected vitamins and nutrients to support the body’s natural processes for skin, hair, and nail health. Particularly popular alongside our hair loss treatments (PRP and Pep Factor) and skin rejuvenation programs. If you’re already investing in treatments for your hair or skin, Illuminate is designed to complement that journey from the inside. One hour, no downtime.

Snow White

Our most popular infusion. Snow White combines Glutathione, a powerful antioxidant, with Vitamin C in a relaxing intravenous drip. Many clients choose this as part of their regular skin wellness routine, often pairing it with facials or skin treatments for a more comprehensive approach. Administered by a registered nurse in about an hour — sit back, relax, and you’re done.

IV Immune Booster

Formulated with a combination of vitamins and minerals selected to support general wellbeing. Many clients book this infusion during the cooler months, before travel, or when they feel they need a wellness top-up. Administered in our clinical setting by a registered nurse with a health check included on your first visit. No downtime — head straight back to your day.

IV Anti-Ageing — Vitamin Infusion

A premium wellness infusion combining vitamins and antioxidants, chosen by clients who want to incorporate intravenous nutrition into their broader beauty and wellness routine. Pairs well with skin treatments like HydraFacial, LED therapy, or skin needling for clients taking a multi-pronged approach. Administered by a registered nurse in approximately one hour.
