What is Profhilo Cream?
Profhilo Haenkenium cream is a multi-action antioxidant cream used for maintaining cellular vitality in skin. It is intended to be used on the face, neck and decolletage to enhance firmness and elasticity whilst reducing micro-wrinkles. It is intended to be used by its accompanying bio remodelling skin treatment, although can also be used alone and independently.

What are Bio-Remodelling Treatments?
Skin Rejuvenation Therapy
Bio-remodeling treatments are a type of skin rejuvenation therapy that focus on bio-stimulation rather than traditional approaches. These treatments aim to address signs of aging, such as fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of skin elasticity.
The key ingredient often used in bio-remodelling is hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance that helps hydrate and plump the skin. Formulations may contain a combination of low and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid to ensure deep skin penetration and optimal hydration.
Unlike some traditional treatments, bio-remodelling therapies are designed to provide overall skin improvement through targeted bio-stimulation, rather than just treating specific concerns. This approach can help revitalize and rejuvenate the skin in a more holistic manner.

What are the Benefits of having Bio-remodelling?
Bio-remodelling is a way of treating the underlying changes in your skin. Is it highly likely that most patients will be having dermal filler treatment less frequently if the patient is being treated with bio-remodelling injections.
Benefits of having bio-remodelling injections include:
- Stimulates the elastin production and collagen production
- Improves skin laxity, firmness and elasticity
- Hyaluronic acid hydrates skin from the inside to improve skin texture and tone
- Minimally invasive treatment
- Suitable for most people
- Regular use will not add to facial volume and make you look over-filled
Timeframes
Some patients have seen good results with just 1 treatment, and return every 6 months or so for a maintenance treatment.
The number of treatments required and the timeframe between treatments can vary greatly between individual patients.
The number of treatments needed can depend on factors like your skin condition, age, and whether you use complementary skincare products like the Profhilo Antioxidant Moisturiser.
Using daily sunscreen is also important to prevent further skin aging and damage from UV radiation.
How Long do the Results Last?
Some immediate improvements can be noticed due to the hyaluronic acid in the injections.
The treatment results generally last about 6 months after the last bio-remodelling injection.
While some patients are satisfied with the results from just one treatment, for best results it is recommended to have 2-3 treatments spaced one month apart.
The bio-remodelling results continue to improve in the months following the treatments, as new collagen is formed in the skin.
During this time, skin elasticity and skin laxity also continue to improve.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) have released some fresh new guidelines for our beloved Cosmetic Injectable industry.

We will also continue to provide complimentary consultations with our Registered Nurses and Prescribing Doctors, where we can answer all your questions and provide you with more information.
